Your tasks
- Lead and manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop project execution plans, construction methodologies, resource plans, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, quality, and safety performance to meet SEQDC targets.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Manage procurement, contracts, cost control, variations, and commercial risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee statutory approvals, inspections, commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
- Prepare project performance reports and support tender reviews and pre-construction planning.
