Senior Project Manager – Construction [SL]

Your tasks

• Manage overall project delivery from planning and mobilization through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead project teams to achieve agreed targets for safety, environment, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Establish project schedules, construction methodologies, resource plans, and performance monitoring processes.
• Oversee project budgets, procurement, contractual matters, claims, variations, and commercial risks.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved specifications, relevant regulations, and client requirements.
• Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and utility agencies.
• Identify potential project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor project performance and prepare reports covering progress, costs, quality, safety, and risks.
• Guide project teams and support business development, tender reviews, and pre-construction planning.
