Senior Planner [EL]

Your tasks

• Manage and coordinate production planning activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements, delivery schedules and supply commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, production schedules, delivery timelines and supply-related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve planning and delivery issues.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to customers on production progress, order status and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify deviations from targets and support root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, customer service and supply chain teams to improve planning accuracy and delivery performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
