Senior Engineer [SAS]

Your tasks

• Develop, plan and oversee preventive maintenance programmes, including inspection, measurement and test equipment (IMTE) calibration, to maintain plant equipment reliability.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance for building infrastructure, utilities and related systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for electrical, instrumentation and PLC-controlled systems, including SCADA and HMI.
• Plan and coordinate new equipment installation, system upgrades, feasibility assessments and technical improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractor coordination and supervise maintenance and repair works to ensure compliance with technical, safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain technical documentation, approval papers, work instructions, training materials and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate spare parts planning and inventory control, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchasing.
• Support EHS programmes, risk assessments and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, equipment performance and operational reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve maintenance and operational issues.
