Your tasks
- Oversee the overall execution of construction projects to achieve project objectives, timelines, and budget targets.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare and implement construction plans, work schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual requirements.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, contract administration, and variation claims.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure completion of inspections, commissioning, defect rectification, and handover.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, costs, risks, and performance.
