Senior Construction Engineering Manager [SL]

Your tasks

• Lead engineering design management and technical coordination across all project stages.
• Review engineering designs, construction drawings, temporary works proposals and technical submissions.
• Work with consultants, clients, authorities and project teams to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Develop practical construction solutions that improve buildability, efficiency, quality and cost control.
• Oversee BIM coordination, design optimisation and value engineering activities.
• Ensure timely completion of technical documentation and statutory submissions.
• Manage engineering risks and ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations and quality standards.
• Support construction planning, sequencing and resource coordination.
• Monitor engineering performance and report key issues to the Project Director and senior management.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineering staff while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
