Sales Support Officer (West Region / 5 Days) - LL

This is a strategic position stationed directly at the customer’s premises, serving as the primary liaison to provide professional on-site support and ensure seamless communication between the customer and service providers.

Key Responsibilities: Export Operations Manage and coordinate pickup bookings effectively with internal stakeholders.

Ensure the complete and accurate preparation of all export documentation.

Issue timely pre-alerts to destination offices for outbound shipments.

Verify that goods released to transporters are accurate and properly endorsed.

Print, organize, and file shipping documents in strict accordance with the customer’s compliance standards.

Import Operations Monitor and actively track all incoming import shipments.

Verify inbound cargo to ensure there are no discrepancies in the number of packages.

Collaborate closely with the customer’s receiving team to promptly resolve any identified discrepancies or cargo damages.

Administrative & Reporting Perform accurate data entry into operational systems.

Compile and generate regular daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
