Quality Operations Supervisor [SAS]

Coordinate COA preparation for outgoing products in accordance with approved procedures. Ensure incoming and outgoing inspections are carried out according to established quality requirements. Maintain ISO and departmental documentation under the QA Section. Monitor test data, update SPC charts, and review incoming quality results for accuracy. Review and verify test records, SPC updates, and COAs prepared by QA Technicians. Provide on-the-job training and practical guidance to QA Technicians. Coordinate with other departments to resolve daily operational issues. Participate in risk assessments and FMEA activities within the QA Section. Assist the QA Engineer with customer inquiries and complaint investigations. Support external provider management, audits, and other QA activities.
