Quality Assurance Supervisor [SAS]

Oversee the preparation of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for outgoing products and ensure compliance with approved procedures and quality requirements.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing quality checks to ensure inspections are performed in accordance with documented procedures.

Manage ISO-related records and departmental documentation, ensuring proper processing, maintenance, and document control.

Monitor the accuracy and completeness of test data, review SPC chart updates, and track incoming quality results for potential deviations.

Verify QA Technicians' test results, SPC records, and COA documentation before completion or release, in accordance with established procedures.

Conduct on-the-job training and practical coaching for QA Technicians on inspection methods, testing procedures, documentation, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve daily operational issues and ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Participate in risk assessments and FMEA activities to identify potential failure modes and support the implementation of appropriate preventive actions.

Support the QA Engineer in investigating customer complaints, addressing customer inquiries, and preparing relevant quality records and findings.

Assist with external provider performance monitoring, audit coordination, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
