Project Technical Coordinator [SL]

Your tasks

• Coordinate BIM, technical drawing, quality control and site supervision activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with subcontractors, consultants and project teams to resolve design coordination issues and technical discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, ensuring drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Manage drawing revisions, maintain updated BIM documentation and ensure timely communication of technical information to relevant parties.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress against project requirements and deadlines.
• Implement quality management procedures, maintain inspection and testing records, analyse results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure BIM standards and LOD requirements are followed throughout drawing production and model coordination.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to verify compliance with approved drawings, quality requirements and EHS procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification, final checks and handover documentation.
• Monitor quality performance and support project targets for client satisfaction, CONQUAS and QM assessments.
• Perform additional project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
