Project Management Manager [SL]

Your tasks

• Manage construction activities, project schedules, resources, and site operations from planning to completion.
• Track project progress and implement corrective measures to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Assist in managing contracts, cost control, claims, and progress payments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Review construction drawings and technical submissions to address design and buildability issues.
• Ensure construction works meet required quality standards, building regulations, and WSH requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with project specifications and safety procedures.
• Lead project meetings, supervise site personnel, and prepare progress reports for management.
• Support effective teamwork and the timely resolution of project issues.
