Process Engineering Executive [EL]

Your tasks

• Lead and guide Process Engineers and Technicians in handling production process-related activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with internal departments to establish and maintain production workflows according to customer and business requirements.
• Ensure Work Instructions (WI), Shop Floor Control (SFC) processes and SAP records are properly maintained and updated.
• Coordinate and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO) across production operations.
• Monitor production efficiency through UPH tracking, process improvement projects and Kaizen activities.
• Maintain and update Engineering Change (EC) masterlists and implementation records.
• Prepare, review and update Work Instructions for production processes.
• Conduct training for production teams on updated Work Instructions and process requirements.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production readiness.
• Provide process support during mass production runs.
• Participate in ISO implementation, audits and maintenance activities.
