Manufacturing Engineer [EL]

Your tasks

• Manage and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from product preparation through production implementation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, suppliers, customers and headquarters to ensure successful product and packaging launches.
• Develop, create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) to support product assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure accurate product and process data in SAP and SFC systems.
• Support server and rack assembly processes, including production readiness and technical coordination.
• Assist in developing and improving packaging solutions for racks and large-scale assemblies.
• Drive and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical and operational support during production ramp-up to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Support internal and external ISO audits and ensure adherence to relevant quality standards.
