Maintenance Engineer [SAS]

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance programmes, including inspection, measurement, testing equipment (IMTE), and calibration of plant equipment.
• Coordinate scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance activities for building infrastructure, utilities, and associated systems.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, basic electrical troubleshooting, and instrumentation fault diagnosis.
• Conduct initial fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
• Support new equipment installation, system upgrades, feasibility assessments, and technical planning activities.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors performing maintenance, servicing, and repair works to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including approval papers, work instructions, training materials, and regulatory submissions.
• Support spare parts and inventory management, including quotation sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and purchase coordination.
• Assist the Technical Department with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) activities, including risk assessments and compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
