Land Surveyor [SL]

Key Responsibilities Lead, plan and coordinate site surveying activities to support project execution and construction progress. Establish and verify survey control points, reference points and site levels in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements. Plan and coordinate daily surveying tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of work. Operate, maintain and check surveying instruments, including total stations and levelling instruments, to ensure accuracy and reliability. Work closely with the production team to prepare shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and setting-out information as required. Carry out setting-out works and provide accurate survey data to support construction activities. Ensure all survey measurements, readings and records are completed accurately and within the required timelines. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and project personnel on surveying matters. Conduct periodic site inspections to verify survey accuracy and support project quality control. Maintain proper survey records and report any discrepancies or technical issues to the relevant project personnel.
