Intensive Care Unit Nurse [SL]

Deliver appropriate nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, based on assessed patient needs and established care plans. Contribute clinical nursing knowledge and expertise as part of the ICU healthcare team. Monitor patients' conditions, recognise and report changes promptly, and escalate concerns in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice. Maintain safe nursing practices and comply with applicable infection control procedures, clinical standards and institutional policies. Promote efficient use of clinical resources and supplies without compromising patient safety or standards of care.
