Inpatient Staff Nurse [SL]

Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Ward/Suite in accordance with established nursing policies, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities Assess patients' nursing needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans to ensure appropriate and effective patient care. Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards, protocols, and patient safety requirements. Monitor patients' conditions, document nursing interventions, and communicate relevant clinical information to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with the nursing and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes. Assist the Nurse Manager and relevant clinicians with ad hoc duties and operational activities as required.
