Home Decor Sales Executive [SL]

We are seeking a versatile and motivated team member to support retail sales, customer engagement and digital marketing activities for our premium lighting and luxury home décor business.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products and support sales conversions.
• Promote the company’s product range and services through effective customer engagement.
• Explore potential sales opportunities beyond the retail showroom.
• Provide product information and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist with creating and publishing relevant product and promotional content.
• Work closely with a small team to support sales, marketing and daily business operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to customers and colleagues.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Interest in retail sales, digital marketing, lighting or interior décor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a small team.
