Finance & Admin Executive The Finance & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and general office administration. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive, well-organized approach to managing finance and administrative matters. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Manage daily Accounts Receivable activities, including receipt processing and following up on outstanding payments.
Monitor outstanding balances and conduct regular follow-ups to support effective cash flow management.
Handle Accounts Payable activities, including invoice and payment processing.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice, purchase order, and billing discrepancies.
Assist in preparing daily sales reports and other finance-related reports.
Prepare and post accurate monthly journal entries, including prepayments, accruals, and depreciation.
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documents and schedules as required.
Support finance-related projects and initiatives to improve business operations and growth.
Administration & Office Operations Serve as the main point of contact for general office enquiries, visitors, incoming mail, and deliveries.
Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and office equipment maintenance.
Support employee onboarding activities, including access passes, workstation arrangements, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Liaise with non-trade vendors, service providers, and building management on office-related matters.
Coordinate office events, staff activities, and team-building initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and general office administration. Entry-level candidates and junior executives with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of local accounting standards and GST filing requirements.
