Facilities Technician [EL]

• Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of building services, including electrical installations, air-conditioning, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Work closely with service contractors to arrange routine maintenance, troubleshoot facility issues and respond to urgent repair requirements.
• Oversee contractors and vendors carrying out renovation and improvement works, ensuring activities are coordinated with site operations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in AHU rooms, electrical switch rooms and other technical areas.
• Monitor contractors' maintenance and renovation works to ensure compliance with agreed schedules, quality standards and cost requirements.
• Attend to minor plumbing, sanitary, electrical and general building maintenance issues, subject to applicable safety requirements and work authorisations.
• Conduct initial checks on telephone line faults and liaise with the relevant service providers for follow-up repairs.
• Support other reasonable facilities-related tasks as required by the supervisor.
