Facilities & Maintenance Engineer [SAS]

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plant machinery and equipment, including IMTE management and calibration activities.
• Plan and coordinate routine and breakdown maintenance for building services, utility systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Carry out practical maintenance activities, including basic electrical repairs, instrumentation checks, and equipment fault finding.
• Troubleshoot basic operational faults involving PLC-based control systems, SCADA platforms, and HMI interfaces.
• Participate in equipment installation, modification, upgrading, feasibility studies, and maintenance improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractor coordination and on-site supervision for maintenance, servicing, and repair activities.
• Prepare technical reports, work procedures, approval documentation, training resources, and submissions required by relevant authorities.
• Assist with procurement and inventory control for maintenance spare parts, including supplier quotations, cost comparisons, price negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Support EHS implementation through risk assessments, safe work practices, and monitoring of compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.
