Engineering Manager [SL]

Your tasks

• Lead and manage all engineering, technical and design coordination activities for construction projects.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements (MOS) and technical submissions to ensure compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, design changes, shop drawings and material approvals.
• Lead engineering meetings and use BIM tools to identify design clashes and minimise rework.
• Support construction planning, procurement evaluations, quality inspections and statutory compliance.
• Identify and manage technical risks, changes and potential impacts on project cost and schedule.
• Guide and mentor engineering staff, allocate responsibilities and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support as-built documentation, project handover and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, design coordination, BIM and local regulatory requirements.
