Engineer [SAS]

Your tasks

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment, including IMTE calibration and maintenance record management.
• Oversee routine and corrective maintenance for building infrastructure, utility systems and plant facilities.
• Perform maintenance, electrical troubleshooting and instrumentation checks to maintain equipment performance and operational reliability.
• Investigate equipment faults and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, SCADA and HMI, coordinating further technical support where necessary.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, feasibility studies and project planning.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring maintenance and repair activities meet technical specifications, safety requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, approval documents, work instructions, training materials and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Support spare parts planning, inventory control and procurement, including sourcing suppliers, reviewing quotations, negotiating prices and placing orders.
• Participate in EHS initiatives, conduct or support risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability and technical processes.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned by management.
