Your tasks

• Plan and maintain stimulating, age-appropriate learning environments that promote children's overall development.
• Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged to learn.
• Build trusting relationships with children and guide them in developing positive social behaviour.
• Monitor children's progress through regular observations, documentation, and developmental assessments.
• Adapt learning activities and teaching methods to meet children's individual needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with families to maintain consistency in children's care and learning between home and the centre.
• Work with colleagues to support children's well-being and developmental needs.
