Customer Service Executive (Centre Region / 5 Days) - [LL]

Your tasks

We are looking for a customer-centric and detailed Customer Service & Operations Executive to handle end-to-end shipment processing, order coordination, and customer enquiries. In this role, you will play a key part in managing operational workflows, maintaining smooth vendor relationships, and delivering high satisfaction to both local and overseas clients.

• Customer Care & Enquiries: Promptly and professionally handle customer enquiries via email and phone. Identify and assess customer needs to build sustainable, trusting relationships through open and proactive communication.
• Shipment & Document Processing: Execute efficient handling of air/ocean shipments, including document processing, manifest preparation, invoicing, and accurate cost capturing.
• System Operations & Compliance: Ensure precise and timely updates in internal systems while adhering strictly to company operational procedures and relevant industry regulations.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with internal teams, overseas offices, carriers, warehouse personnel, and transport subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.

• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, investigate root causes, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to ensure complete resolution.

• Operational Excellence: Proactively go the extra mile to engage customers, optimize day-to-day workflows, and undertake additional operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Experience: No prior experience required. Candidates looking for entry-level opportunities or seeking to start a career in logistics/customer operations are welcome to apply. Prior exposure to customer support is an advantage.
