Class 3 Driver – Vehicle Operations [EL]

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused driver to support vehicle transportation and daily service operations. This role involves delivering a reliable customer experience, handling vehicles responsibly, and assisting the service team with vehicle coordination and general operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely vehicle collection and delivery services based on the daily schedule and customer arrangements.
• Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to transfer vehicles to the workshop and other designated locations.
• Move and park vehicles safely within the premises and ensure adequate fuel levels when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company replacement vehicles, including updating mileage records and refuelling as required.
• Assist with collecting office supplies, purchases, documents, and other operational items.
• Support additional operational tasks assigned by the supervisor, where reasonably required.
