BIM & Design Coordination Manager [SL]

Your tasks

• Oversee BIM processes and design coordination for construction projects.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist subcontractor drawings to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, project specifications and technical submissions.
• Manage drawing and sample submission schedules in line with project and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate consultant drawing distribution, submissions and approval processes.
• Lead technical meetings with consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Ensure BIM models and project documentation meet quality, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical coordination support to the project team and assist with design-related variation claims.
• Improve digital workflows, BIM standards and coordination processes to reduce rework and delays.
