Airfreight Operations Manager [EL]

Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of the Airfreight team and operations.

Provide direction and make operational decisions to ensure effective and timely execution of Airfreight activities.

Monitor daily operations, workflow and service performance to maintain efficiency and meet agreed service standards.

Lead and develop the team through effective guidance, performance management and operational support.

Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, airlines, customers and other business partners to facilitate smooth operations.

Maintain hands-on involvement in operational activities and provide support during peak periods or when operational requirements arise.
