Airfreight Operations Executive [EL]

Air Export Operations Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments, from booking and cargo collection to final departure. Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation and warehouse handling in accordance with shipment requirements. Prepare, review and verify export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists and applicable export permits. Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment coordination. Monitor shipment progress and departure schedules to meet customer requirements and agreed service timelines. Identify and resolve shipment irregularities, coordinating with relevant parties and providing timely updates to customers. Customer Service Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment bookings, schedules, documentation and shipment status. Monitor customer service requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support agreed service standards. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and business partners. Perform other reasonable duties related to air export operations and customer service as assigned by the supervisor.
