Advanced Technology Import Operations Executive [SL]

Your tasks

• Oversee airfreight import shipments for advanced technology customers, ensuring accurate documentation, customs clearance, delivery coordination, billing and shipment closure.
• Manage customer communications and provide timely updates on shipment progress and potential delays.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, transport providers, customs authorities and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Take ownership of complex, urgent and high-value shipments, ensuring operational issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Review shipment documentation and maintain accurate operational and regulatory records.
• Identify service gaps and lead or recommend improvements to shipment handling and customer support processes.
• Mentor junior team members on import procedures, documentation standards and customer service practices.
• Escalate significant operational risks and customer concerns to management and ensure timely follow-up.
