Accountant (Central / 5 Days) - LL

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Accountant to oversee our core financial operations. In this role, you will take ownership of the month-end closing process, financial reporting, and corporate compliance. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure our financial health is accurately tracked and that all statutory and tax obligations are met in accordance with Singapore regulations. Key Responsibilities Financial Closing & Reporting: Manage the complete month-end closing process. Prepare and finalize monthly reporting, including management review reports, HQ submissions, and other critical financial documentation.

Financial Analysis: Review management accounts thoroughly, conducting deep-dive variance analysis and providing strategic commentary on Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet trends.

Corporate Governance: Act as the primary liaison between the Finance department and the Corporate Secretary. Facilitate the preparation of Board Resolutions and ensure strict statutory compliance with ACRA.

Audit & Tax Oversight: Lead the year-end audit process and manage all tax computations (including GST, Corporate Tax, and transfer pricing).

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices, records, and reporting are fully aligned with Singapore statutory requirements and accounting standards.
