*Responsibilities*

• Clean windows of various sizes using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools to achieve streak-free results
• Use heavy lifting techniques to handle equipment, ladders, and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
• Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including removing debris and inspecting for damage
• Apply commercial cleaning techniques to ensure all glass surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning needs
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Follow safety protocols when working at heights or using power tools to prevent accidents or injuries

*Qualifications*

• Prior custodial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment necessary for window maintenance
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle equipment with care
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus but not required
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a lively work setting
