We own two dental practices in British Columbia, Canada. They share one set of ad accounts and they are two completely different businesses. One is a general practice where every single booking arrives by telephone. The other is a full-arch dental implant brand where one case is worth about $49,000 USD and patients fly in from three provinces. We spend roughly $10,000 to $20,000 USD a month across Google Search and Meta, with room to grow. This is not an agency role and not a reporting role. We want one person to own the number. THE NUMBER YOU OWN: net new patients per month, counted in our practice management software. Not leads. Not platform conversions. Not clicks. Alongside it, cost per booked and attended patient. Those are the two figures you are reviewed on, monthly. HOURS: you work Cairo daytime hours. This is deliberate. Our advertising day closes at 10:00 AM your time, so you review a complete finished day and set up the next one before ours begins. Your daily review must be posted by 4:00 PM Cairo. Any message answered within 12 hours, and within 2 hours during your working day. Occasionally we will ask for a scheduled call at 6:00 PM Cairo. If you see money running to something broken, you pause it immediately without asking permission. WHAT YOU WILL DO: run both accounts every day - budgets, keywords, negatives, match types, audiences, creative tests, landing pages and offers. Treat the two practices as two different economies; a campaign selling a $49,000 case is not run or judged like one selling a cleaning. Own the qualification and follow-up sequence for high-value leads. Keep measurement honest - call tracking, offline conversion imports, CRM hygiene - and tell us the same day when a number cannot be trusted. Write three lines at the end of each day on what you changed and what is blocking you, and a real written summary every Friday. We do not hold meetings. Everything is written. WHAT ALREADY EXISTS: tracked phone numbers per ad source, a ledger recording every form, call, message and booking, a daily per-ad report, and automatic alerts when a lane goes quiet. You are not building any of it. What is missing is someone who reads it every day and acts before the owner notices - the campaign starved at 10% impression share, the competitor name costing $30 a click, the landing page with no tracking on it. HOW TO APPLY: do not send a CV or a cover letter, we will not read them. Send a link to a 3-minute unedited screen recording: your screen inside a Google Ads or Meta account you personally managed, showing the account, its monthly spend and conversion column, the search terms report or ad set breakdown, and one change you made and why, pointed at on screen, talking over it. Rough is fine, a phone recording of your monitor is fine, no editing and no slides. Hide the client name. Plus one line: what you need to be paid per month and why. Shortlisted applicants get a paid trial with read-only access to our two real ad accounts. You may use AI for any part of this. We do. We are hiring someone who can operate, not someone who can write.

You have personally managed at least $50,000 USD per month across Google Search and Meta.

You did it for local service businesses where the sale closes on the phone - dental, medical, cosmetic, legal, home services. Not e-commerce.

You have run at least one high-value offer where the customer takes months to decide.

You can explain, unprompted, the difference between impression share lost to budget and lost to rank, and why it changes what you do next.

Call tracking, offline conversion imports, and a CRM as the source of truth. GoHighLevel a plus.

Fluent written English. The role is roughly 40% writing.
