About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and value realisation of JTC's Partner Experience (PX) products supporting Common Data Environment (CDE), construction digitalisation and information management capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, construction technology and product delivery. The successful candidate will shape how project, design, construction and operational stakeholders collaborate through modern digital platforms, ensuring that information is structured, governed, accessible and reusable throughout the asset lifecycle.

The role requires a strong understanding of construction delivery processes, BIM-enabled workflows, information governance and digital handover practices. Experience with platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services (APS), Nemetschek solutions, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore, Oracle Aconex or equivalent construction technology ecosystems will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap and investment priorities for PX products and CDE capabilities.
  • Work with project delivery, estate management, development, operations and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve information flow across the asset lifecycle.
  • Drive the digitalisation of design management, construction management, document control, collaboration, handover and operational readiness processes.
  • Establish product strategies that improve information quality, governance, traceability and accessibility across project and operational environments.
  • Prioritise enhancements across document management, workflows, integrations, BIM coordination, digital submissions and reporting capabilities.
  • Translate user needs and business outcomes into a prioritised product backlog, making trade-offs across value, risk, cost, dependencies and delivery constraints.
  • Define adoption metrics, product success measures and value-realisation outcomes, and use evidence to guide product decisions.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, operations teams and technology partners to align digital delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Manage product dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations while enabling incremental delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, construction digitalisation, information management, project delivery, asset management or a related role.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities and measurable outcomes for enterprise digital products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction delivery processes, BIM-enabled workflows, Common Data Environment principles and project-to-operations information handover.
  • Practical experience improving document control, collaboration, approval, coordination, digital submission or information governance processes in the built environment.
  • Ability to translate business, user and operational needs into clear product priorities, outcomes and an actionable backlog.
  • Experience making product trade-offs across user value, strategic alignment, delivery effort, technical constraints, risk and lifecycle cost.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align project teams, consultants, contractors, operations teams, technical specialists and senior decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of information quality, metadata, data ownership, auditability, traceability and lifecycle governance.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary design, engineering, architecture and delivery teams in agile or product-oriented environments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain product decisions, value and delivery trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on familiarity with one or more CDE, BIM or construction collaboration platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, Nemetschek solutions, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore or Oracle Aconex.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 concepts, including information requirements, status, revision, suitability, approval and delivery workflows.
  • Experience in construction, property development, facilities management, asset operations or the wider built environment.
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination, digital engineering, model and document management, digital submissions and project-to-operations handover.
  • Experience defining and tracking adoption, product performance, user experience and value-realisation measures.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, master data, reporting, analytics and platform ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with product delivery tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience delivering enterprise transformation, governance, compliance or public sector digitalisation initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

  • Project information is consistently governed and accessible through a trusted Common Data Environment.
  • Construction and operational stakeholders experience improved collaboration and reduced information fragmentation.
  • Digital handover processes become more structured, traceable and auditable.
  • Product teams deliver incremental value while remaining aligned with long-term information management objectives.
  • Information generated during project delivery is effectively leveraged for asset operations and lifecycle management.
  • Product adoption, user outcomes and value realisation are measured and used to guide continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a product leader who understands that the product is not only the software platform, but the trusted information lifecycle and collaboration model enabled through it. They can move comfortably between construction delivery, asset operations, information governance and technology teams; frame clear outcomes; make informed trade-offs; and turn complex stakeholder needs into a coherent, scalable product direction.
