Testing Specialist (m/f/d)

At the Losenstein location, WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH employs around 300 people with a focus on the development, production, and sales of special cylinders and rescue equipment.

We are looking for: 1 Testing Specialist (m/f/d) Your range of tasks:

• Preparation and setup of testing and measuring equipment according to specifications

• Execution of trials and tests as well as test monitoring according to specifications

• Conscientious handling of test objects (primarily samples and prototypes) as well as the provided testing and measuring equipment

• In coordination with the development departments: implementation of changes and adjustments to the test objects and the test setups, including the necessary work such as mechanical processing, wiring, hosing, etc.

• Competitive analysis of products from the entire product range of Weber Hydraulik Losenstein

• Programming of test benches

• If required, repair, assembly, inspection, and maintenance activities

• If required, sales support measures (e.g., trade fairs, Rescue Days, business trips, field tests, etc.)

• Identification and implementation of development needs, engineering trends, and technological improvements

• Active participation in the KVP process in all areas

• Execution of standard tests and tests with external partners as well as customer support if required

• Support the team leader in training new employees

What you bring to the role:

• Completed apprenticeship in metalworking, as an electrician, or in the field of mechatronics, or a vocational school certificate

• Specialist knowledge in hydraulics

• Experience in SPS programming with TIA Portal

• English in spoken and written form

• Basic knowledge in measurement technology

• Independence, responsibility, initiative, team spirit, enthusiasm, and communication skills

The position is endowed with a basic salary of EUR 4,194.00 per month on a full-time basis.
