Parts Administrator (Bentley & Bugatti)

Responsibilities Order parts via Bentley parts portal / Salesforce according to the mode of delivery.

Plan and manage the part inventory at the optimum level as per factory and operation requirements.

Actively upsell and promote wholesales part trade business

Track and monitor closely backorder part from factory

Review parts order prior to order drop by RIM

Assist with parts marketing campaign to clear aged parts monthly

Analyse parts lines of parts orders outside RIM for buyback support by Bentley

Any other tasks as assigned by your manager

Requirements Minimum Diploma and/or with at least 3 years of relevant experience 

Good knowledge on inventory control and car components 

Independent, resourceful with strong analytical skills 

Pay attention to details and meticulous in daily work.
