Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the sales activitiesof our agency leader at CO Wealth Advisory. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational andcommunication skills, can multitask, and work independently to manageday-to-day activities such as sales prospecting, marketing support, clientrelationship management, stakeholder engagement, and sales administration. Responsibilities Assist the agency leader to develop sales opportunities to grow the company’s financial services business and achieve the organsation’s sales KPIs. Sales prospecting activities such as telesales (leads provided), setting and managing sales appointments for the leader, accompanying leader for sales appointments, and participating in business networking events. Client Relationship Management: Servicing and administration of client accounts. Assist with internal communications, meetings, and events. Facilitate the development of a positive and productive work environment. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and growth. Assist with agency recruitment efforts and activities. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Client Servicing would be an advantage but not a must-have, full training will be provided. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
