Project Manager

WE CRAFT GROUP PTE. LTD.Singaporemycareersfuturepublished 10/20/2026

About the company

WeCraft Group is an interdisciplinary design house working across architecture, interior architecture, product and furniture design, and project management. We are headquartered in Singapore, with projects in Thailand and Japan.

Our work spans high-end residential, cinema and entertainment, restaurant and bar, hospitality and, distinctively, yacht interiors. We integrate creative vision with fabrication and construction delivery. We guide and oversee build quality from concept to installation, working with craftspeople, fabricators and builders in Singapore and the region.

This is a hands-on delivery role in a craft-led studio. You will own how our designs are built, working directly with the Principals. We are a small studio running substantial projects. There is no layer between you and the decision makers.

Your tasks

WeCraft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to run project delivery on site. You will own programme, cost, contractors and quality from award to handover. Our projects span interior fit-out, additions and alterations (A&A), design-and-build and new building works. Your first project is a commercial cinema and entertainment fit-out in Singapore.

You will report to the Managing Principal and work closely with the Principal Architect and the design team. Your job is to make sure the built result matches the design intent, on programme and to budget.

  • Run projects from tender and award through to handover and the defects liability period.
  • Set and manage the project programme. Track progress weekly and recover slippage early.
  • Manage main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist vendors on site.
  • Coordinate consultants (MEP, C&S, fire, lighting, AV) and building management on approvals and interfaces.
  • Control cost: budgets, variations, progress claims and final accounts.
  • Run site meetings, inspections and snag lists. Check workmanship against the drawings.
  • Manage submissions and permits for the works (SCDF, building management and other authorities as applicable).
  • Keep the site safe and keep clear records of decisions and instructions.
  • The current project is handed over on programme and to WeCraft's quality standard.
  • Every live project has a current programme, cost tracker and site record that the team relies on.
  • The Principals spend less time on site chasing contractors and more time on design and clients.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of project management in Singapore's built environment, across interior fit-out, A&A, design-and-build or building works.
  • Commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, entertainment and high-end residential experience all count.
  • A diploma or degree in building, construction management, interior design, architecture, engineering or a related field.
  • A track record of leading projects as the main PM, delivered on programme and to budget.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract administration, progress claims and variations.
  • Knowledge of Singapore approvals and building management requirements.
  • Confident with contractors and clients. Clear and organised in writing.
  • This role does not offer work-pass sponsorship. Applicants must already be authorised to work in Singapore.

AutoCAD for reading and marking up drawings. MS Project or similar for programmes. Microsoft 365.

Beyond technical skill, we hire for attitude. The people who thrive at WeCraft are:

  • Owners: driven, proactive and eager to grow, pushing work forward rather than waiting to be told.
  • Problem-solvers: resourceful and resilient, working through site and technical challenges to practical solutions.
  • Team players: collaborative, communicative and generous, strengthening studio culture across our Singapore team and our international collaborators.

What we offer

SGD 5,000 - 6,500 per month, commensurate with experience, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

Benefits and the full compensation package are discussed with shortlisted candidates.
