Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Technical Project Manager to join their

team and contribute to the successful delivery of our innovative product.

This is a remote position , and the successful candidate must be available to work during UK business hours .

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan, and track project deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered ont ime and within scope. Customer management with respect to hosting and running project meetings that involves a lot of direct customer interaction as projects are being deployed. Collaborate closely with customers. product managers, designers, and software engineers to define requirements and track progress. Facilitate day-to-day Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Monitor project risks, resolve blockers, and assist in maintaining project documentation and status updates. Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of project management workflows and delivery processes. Help troubleshoot project bottlenecks and ensure seamless cross-functional team communication

✨ Essential Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a technical or project support role,

alongside:

Technical Understanding: High-level familiarity with modern software concepts, such as Java/Spring Boot back-ends, Angular front-ends, and Microservice Architectures, to effectively translate requirements. Process Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices. Tools: Hands-on experience using JIRA (or similar project tools) for task management, sprint tracking, and workflow organization.

💡 Desirable (Beneficial) Skills

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working alongside teams managing message brokers (e.g., Kafka) or database deployments. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CAPM certification is a plus but not mandatory.

🤝 Communication & Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building quality, scalable software.
