Technical Supervisor

As a Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily operation of a technical workshop with a small team of technicians. You combine leadership with operational involvement on the shop floor.

Your tasks as a Technical Coordinator:

• Directing, coaching, and supporting a team of 6 technicians
• Distributing and following up on activities within the workshop
• Maintaining contact with customers and ensuring smooth communication
• Making technical diagnoses and, where necessary, working on vehicles yourself
• Overseeing quality, safety, and efficient planning
• Management of stock, parts, and orders
• Following up on administrative tasks and work documentation

For this position of Technical Coordinator, you possess:

• Technical knowledge of electricity and mechanics
• Experience with vehicles, rolling stock, or similar technical installations
• Experience in directing or coordinating a technical team
• Good knowledge of French for daily communication
• Knowledge of English for understanding technical work documents
• Knowledge of Dutch is an additional asset
• Driving license B
• Sufficient administrative skills for stock management and work follow-up
