Logistics Process Analyst

Do you want to help build a logistics environment that is constantly evolving and becoming smarter? In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize processes, improve systems, and support colleagues in their daily operations. You combine analytical insight with a practical approach on the shop floor and act as the connecting link between logistics, IT, and automation. As a Logistics Process Analyst, you ensure that logistics processes continue to function efficiently and optimally. You analyze challenges, develop improvements, and support users in using the systems. Your responsibilities

• You provide support for complex questions and incidents within SAP EWM and automated warehouse systems.
• You analyze problems and work together with internal stakeholders and external partners on sustainable solutions.
• You guide and develop key users and shift supervisors so they can provide first-line support.
• You analyze, document, and optimize logistics processes.
• You draft clear work instructions and process documentation.
• You configure, test, and improve processes within SAP EWM.
• You support the integration between SAP EWM, warehouse automation systems, and ERP processes.
• You monitor KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, and lead times.
• You participate in implementation projects and continuous improvement trajectories.
• You regularly combine analyses behind your screen with presence on the shop floor to evaluate processes in practice.
• You have good knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations.
• You think analytically and see opportunities to make processes more efficient.
• You are eager to learn and quickly master new systems.
• Experience with SAP EWM, KiSoft, or a similar warehouse management system is a major asset.
• You communicate smoothly with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You feel comfortable both in an office environment and on the shop floor.
• You take initiative and actively seek solutions.
• You possess a good knowledge of English for contact with international support partners.
