Location: Cancún, Quintana Roo Modality: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: $50,000 net monthly, with possibility of growth according to experience, competencies, and clinical development. Contract type: Fees (Honorarios)

Job Objective

We are looking for an Oral Rehabilitator Specialist in Implants and Prosthetics with verifiable clinical experience in functional rehabilitation, fixed prosthetics, and complex prosthetic treatments over implants. The position is focused on restoring masticatory function, occlusion, stability, and the durability of treatments. This is not a vacancy primarily oriented toward aesthetic dentistry, veneers, or smile design. The selected person will join a high-specialty clinic focused on international dental tourism, where between 98% and 99% of patients are foreigners. Therefore, functional English, clinical judgment, responsibility, and the ability to work under structured protocols are required.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and plan functional oral rehabilitation cases.
• Execute complex prosthetic treatments over implants.
• Perform total rehabilitations and complete reconstructions of the dentition.
• Place and adjust fixed prosthetics, crowns, bridges, and extensive rehabilitations of approximately 10 to 20 units.
• Manage different commercial implant systems and brands.
• Correctly select and use prosthetic attachments and components.
• Take precise clinical records and occlusal relationships.
• Evaluate functionality, occlusion, resistance, and durability of each rehabilitation.
• Attend to cases of patients with severe tooth loss, total edentulism, or complex clinical conditions.
• Coordinate with specialists, dental technicians, and other members of the clinical team.
• Explain diagnoses, procedures, and recommendations to foreign patients in English.
• Work according to the clinical, operational, and quality protocols established by the clinic.
• Provide timely follow-up to patients during the different stages of treatment.
• Participate in clinical evaluations, technical sessions, and continuous improvement processes.

Indispensable Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Odontology or Dentist. Completed Specialty in Oral Rehabilitation, Oral Rehabilitation, Dental Prosthetics, or a directly related area. Professional degree and license (Título y cédula profesional). Minimum clinical experience of 3 years in oral rehabilitation and implants. Verifiable practical experience in:

• Prosthetics over implants.
• Fixed prosthetics.
• Crowns and bridges.
• Extensive rehabilitations.
• Total rehabilitation.
• Management of different implant brands.
• Selection and placement of prosthetic attachments.
• Taking records and occlusal relationships.

Real and applied knowledge in complex procedures; profiles with only academic experience will not be considered. Intermediate conversational English to communicate with international patients. Availability to work on-site in Cancún. Availability to relocate, in case of residing in another city. Interest in maintaining a stable labor relationship and developing within the clinic.
