For our tunnel construction division, we are looking for you as soon as possible for very exciting projects in Hamburg/Northern Germany as a Senior Site Manager / Technical Office Manager (m/f/d)!

Your Tasks

• You assume full responsibility for the execution of construction projects in the field of tunnel construction
• You are responsible for the scheduling, economic, and qualitative control of the construction execution
• You take over the deployment planning of personnel and equipment and ensure occupational safety as well as environmental protection and quality assurance
• Your responsibilities also include the coordination of project participants, the associated correspondence, examination of contracts, technical supervision, as well as the assessment of subcontractor services.

Who we are looking for

• Completed studies in Bauingenieurwesen or a comparable course of study with a focus on Spezialtiefbau or Tunnelbau
• Several years of professional experience in site management required
• Sound VOB knowledge and experience in the overall execution of demanding construction projects
• Good MS-Office skills and English skills
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness as well as strong leadership qualities
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as commitment and teamwork skills
