As a Head Technician, Senior Mechanic or Technical Coordinator, you combine hands-on technical expertise with the daily coordination of a small team. Your main focus is diagnosing and resolving technical issues on heavy equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Perform assembly, disassembly and modification work on machines.
• Carry out machine inspections and functional checks.
• Support machine testing, commissioning and validation activities.
• Prepare technical reports and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Coordinate daily work planning and priorities for two mechanics.
• Perform quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.

For this position, you bring:

• Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive or industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical fault finding.
• Experience coordinating or guiding technicians in daily work planning.
• Good command of English, as this is the working language.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Sufficient computer skills to work with digital reporting tools and systems.
