Job Description

The CTO Advisory business unit is composed of a multi-skilled collective of more than 550 employees who combine understanding of clients' business issues, leading technological expertise, and responsible consulting. The objective of these committed teams is to contribute to positioning Wavestone as the trusted consulting partner of Chiefs Technology Officer (CTO), CIO, CDO, etc... in their most ambitious technological and organizational transformations. A mission that addresses major French and international clients from all sectors of activity: banking, energy, transport, luxury, services, public sector... in collaboration with the firm's other business units.

Within CTO Advisory, our NextGen IT team brings together expertise in Cloud, infrastructure, Smart Network, and DevOps. Its objective: to address the transformation challenges of Applications and IT Foundations by responding to various issues:

Your role, depending on your seniority level:

• Provide a leading contribution to the delivery of your missions by ensuring Wavestone's quality commitments to meet your clients' expectations on complex IT transformation programs
• Organize and lead the work of one or more teams in parallel on the missions entrusted to you, while growing junior members of the team
• Actively participate in the commercial dynamics of the practice by identifying new business opportunities, ensuring the design and conduct of commercial proposals, and participating in client presentations
• Actively contribute to the development actions of the practice (practice performance management, recruitment...) and contribute to the firm's reputation (publications, development of convictions and expertise on our offerings)

We are recruiting at the grades of Senior Consultant and Manager

Qualifications

Depending on your seniority level:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience on complex IT transformation topics in contact with clients, ideally in the consulting world;
• You have taken part, on several occasions, in the following business development activities: detection of business opportunities, design and conduct of commercial proposals, leading client presentations, identification of associated staffing;
• You have experience in managing / directing significant-sized teams and participated in the skill development of less experienced employees;
• Your intellectual curiosity allows you to quickly understand the requirements and specificities of your clients. You possess a sharp critical and analytical mind, very good interpersonal skills, and a pronounced sense of service and excellence;
• You are a graduate with a BAC+5 (engineering school, business school, or university) and speak English fluently. Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge of one or more of the subjects mentioned in the advertisement
