Job Description

The Supply Chain team (€5M achieved in 2024) has set ambitious development goals and is, as such, looking to strengthen its team to support its growth with supply chain clients and their counterparts within the IT & Digital departments of large industrial groups and the energy sector (Total, Engie, GRDF, Saint Gobain, Air Liquide…). We currently lead about fifty consultants on challenging missions, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.

As a Senior Consultant / Manager within our TIME (Transport, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Energy) Business Unit, in Paris, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain offering collective, and you will be able to rely on your experience & knowledge to contribute to the development of our offering. Your role is notably associated with the following main missions:

Lead consulting missions of medium complexity on subjects such as Execution IT (Implementation study / RFP / deployment of MES, TMS, OMS... tools), Logistics & Transport (Warehouse mechanization study, master plan definition, logistics site audit...). As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you assume responsibility for complex missions within the offering, primarily but not exclusively in your preferred sector. You build and maintain trusting relationships with your clients and help progress the consultants working with you.

Participate in the managerial collective of the Supply Chain offering. You join the collective of senior providers who contribute to the global strategy of the offering and make yourself available to support your peers: challenging strategic points or structuring elements of the offering submitted to the collective, mentoring consultants, sponsoring certain internal projects.

Participate in the external influence of the offering (brand awareness actions, partner network meetings, publisher relations).

Qualifications

You have:

• Experience between 4 and 8 years, in consulting on Supply Chain issues.
• Ability to define and lead upstream projects.
• Ease in supporting change, uniting teams, and developing employee skills. Strong sensitivity to business development and/or sales.
• Proficiency in professional English.
• Possibility of international travel.
