Job Description
Joining our Data Product expertise means joining a team of specialists who support large organizations in the transformation of their models through data and the product approach.
We intervene as experts on end-to-end transformations: from strategic scoping to the operational launch of concrete data products. Your role consists of combining high-level strategic understanding with operational capacity to drive our clients' Data Product programs.

We scope and launch Data Products (Discovery, formalization of needs, design, industrialization monitoring) used by thousands of users.
- We intervene in strategic reflections with business and data departments on the implementation of a Data as a Product approach: governance, prioritization, KPIs, and adoption.
- We work in synergy with the other expertises of the firm (IA, Cybersecurity, Change Management) to maximize the impact of our interventions.
As a Data Product Expert, you will be called upon to play a key role in the design and deployment of strategic data solutions. Participate in strategic reflections with business and data departments (up to the CODIR level). Collaborate closely with business, product, and tech teams to ensure that Data Products deliver measurable value.
- Support the development of the Data Product offering by participating in the definition of reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
- Accompany clients in evaluating and monitoring the impact of initiatives (business results, ROI, usage performance). Share your expertise: mentor teams, contribute to the quality of deliverables, and lead commercial pre-sales.
Concrete, varied, and high-impact missions. Luxury and Finance sectors: Supporting major accounts in the implementation of data products within complex and regulated environments.
- Industry and Energy: Deployment of Data Mesh approaches and Product Thinking applied to data to optimize operational processes.
Qualifications
More than just boxes to check, we are looking for a data product builder. You have between 5 and 9 years of experience, including several years in consulting or in a company on Product Management topics applied to data/IA.
- You have proven experience in the design, launch, and deployment of Data Products or Data as a Product approaches in large account environments.
- You know how to work with high-level sponsors to scope needs, prioritize initiatives, and define success indicators.
- You have a strong product sensitivity (user-centric, metrics-driven) combined with a good understanding of technical issues (data pipelines, governance, IA models). You master professional English within the framework of your activities.
- Appreciated assets: Familiarity with Data Mesh, initial technical background (Data Engineering / ML).
