Job Description The SIPMA (Strategic IT Programs & M&A) team accompanies the major technological and organizational transformations of CTOs. Our team has experienced strong development with growth of more than 50% over the last year. For more than 25 years, with full independence, we have been carrying out more than 70 projects per year by relying on our unique and growing strike force of 30 specialists in structures, key processes, technologies, and resource management. Our ambition is to become the preferred partner of CTOs in their most structuring transformations, across all their components (technological, organizational, and human). Our singularity? To continue to innovate in an emerging market and to accompany our clients from end to end, from the definition to the execution of their organizational and IT strategy. Thus, we enlighten our clients on issues of: Agility: how to deploy agility / agility at scale within IT organizations? Which operating model to meet today's challenges while preparing for tomorrow's? What governance to steer CTO activities internationally – what level of centralization vs. delegation to regions/BU? How to improve IT operational efficiency by leveraging new technologies, particularly generative AI? (proactive maintenance, AI-augmented troubleshooting…) Which tools / platforms to support these operational processes?
As a Manager, your main missions are: Drive projects for our clients Drive the most complex projects in the offering by managing planning, risks, and resources Maintain a relationship of trust with our clients and identify possible follow-up opportunities Share your convictions & leverage your expertise to guide your clients Be the guarantor of the quality commitment of our achievements Supervise our employees and ensure their skill development Define the strategy and drive the development of the offering Analyze our market positioning and define the target for Wavestone Determine the offering development strategy, in connection with market evolution and in collaboration with our experts and management Perform strategic monitoring: key market players, underlying trends Identify possible synergies with the firm's technological, sectoral, or functional practices as well as the means necessary for the development of the offering Drive the performance of the offering, both on a business level (prospecting, pre-sales, revenue) and an operational level (smooth running of missions, client satisfaction…) Boost business development Define the business development plan in connection with the sales teams / sparring partners of our key accounts Identify new opportunities and lead pre-sales meetings Lead tender responses by relying on your expertise to make a difference Support international offices in their local development on these themes Be a Thought Leader: promote the Wavestone brand on the offering's theme through your interventions in client or partner events, on social networks…
Qualifications You have developed extensive professional experience in the consulting field regarding organization / Operating Model issues You have driven major projects on these themes within large, complex organizations You already have successes in terms of business development and/or sales You are able to unite and develop the skills of our employees around initiatives You speak English fluently as part of your professional activities You are willing to travel in Europe or internationally as part of your professional activity
