Job Description

The CTO Advisory business unit is composed of a multi-skilled collective of more than 500 employees who combine an understanding of clients' business issues with leading technological expertise. The objective of these committed teams is to help position Wavestone as the trusted advisory partner for Chiefs Technology Officers (CTO) in their most ambitious technological and organizational transformations. This mission addresses major French and international clients across all sectors of activity: banking, energy, transport, luxury, services, public sector... in collaboration with the firm's other business units. The challenges are manifold:

Missions/ Manager Role

Within our CTO Advisory business unit, as a Manager, you will be required to:

• Provide a leading contribution to the delivery of your missions by ensuring Wavestone's quality commitments to meet your clients' expectations on complex IT transformation programs
• Organize and lead the work of one or more teams in parallel on the missions entrusted to you
• Actively participate in the commercial dynamics of the practice by identifying new business opportunities, ensuring the design and management of commercial proposals, and participating in client presentations
• Participate in people development by supervising consultants and enabling their skill development within the firm
• Actively contribute to the development actions of the practice (Career Development Manager, practice performance management, recruitment...) and contribute to the firm's reputation (publications, development of convictions and expertise on our offerings)

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in complex IT transformation topics in contact with clients, ideally in the consulting world;

You have been responsible, on several occasions, for all of the following business development activities: detection of business opportunities, design and management of commercial proposals, leading client presentations, identification of associated staffing;

You have experience in managing/directing significant-sized teams and have participated in the skill development of less experienced employees;

Your intellectual curiosity allows you to quickly understand the requirements and specificities of your clients. You possess a sharp critical and analytical mind, very good interpersonal skills, and a pronounced sense of service and excellence;

You hold a Master's degree (top engineering school, business school, or university) and speak English fluently. Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following topics:
