Job Description Wavestone's development challenges (growth, profitability, international development, CSR) are fully reflected within the firm's Controlling team. In order to complete our team of approximately 25 employees, we are looking for a Controller who will join the firm's Controlling team and provide top-tier added value on the following missions: You participate in operational steering through the preparation of monthly reporting, the analysis of key indicators (CA, margin, headcount, .), and the production of weekly and monthly dashboards. You support Activity Directors in budget construction. You intervene in closing activities. You contribute to construction workshops as part of our development: evolution of the performance steering model, process optimization, etc., and concretely discover the impacts related to the evolution of an organization. Furthermore, in a context of growth (internal and external) and internationalization, you contribute, in connection with other business departments such as the DSI or the accounting department, to cross-functional projects to improve controlling activities (evolution of existing processes and tools or deployment of new initiatives) and you coordinate their deployment within Wavestone. These projects may also concern the integration of newly acquired companies.
Qualifications With a background from a top-tier management school, engineering school, or university, you possess the following qualities and skills: an excellent analytical capacity and comfort with numbers, a desire to evolve in an environment undergoing full transformation, interpersonal skills that allow you to listen and easily create relationships with all types of interlocutors, agility in organizing your time and managing priorities a mastery of fluent English; German is also a plus. A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, start of CDI or CDD) in management control, internal/external audit, general inspection, or in management control consulting is appreciated but not mandatory.
